Microsoft and VMWare Software

How to get Microsoft/VMWare Software:

1. For VMWare software go to On The Hub and click Log In and login using your CSE username/password
   For Microsoft software go to DECS Microsoft Asure tools for teaching page and click Login In and login using your MSU username/password
2. Click on the software button to see available software
3. Download the software you select as an executable
4. Run the executable to download the actual ISO or setup files.
5. Burn the downloaded file to CD as a disk image.

Current CSE students and faculty are entitled to a free copy of most Microsoft development tools, servers and operating systems.

Access: If you can log into any CSE machines or resources, then you can log into OnTheHub. Everyone enrolled for a CSE class (cse231 and higher) are given a CSE username.

Software Available: Go to OnTheHub and the Asure portal for a list what software is available.

Not Available: Microsoft Office and its developer tools. There are available on the Spartan 365 site.

Terms: This software is only for you, and may not be used for commercial purposes. Your license is permanent; you may continue to use it in the future, even after you leave CSE department.
