Gift from The MathWorks to support curriculum development
Jon Sticklen has received a gift from The MathWorks to support development of a program to integrate MATLAB into the undergraduate programs of the College of Engineering. The funded project is part of a larger and evolving set of thrusts to augment and strengthen undergraduate programs in CoE. Sticklen is part of a recently formed research group that is focused on pedagogical research and application in engineering. The cross-disciplinary "Engineering Pedagogy Group" currently also includes Daina Briedis (ChEMS), Neeraj Buch (CEE), Mark Urban-Lurain (NatSci), and Louise Paquette (Lansing Community College).(Date Posted: 2006-07-14)
