Best paper award at the Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference

The paper titled “NSGA-NET: Neural Architecture Search using Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm” won the best paper award earlier this week in the Evolutionary Machine Learning track at the Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference (GECCO), the premier conference on evolutionary algorithms. The paper is co-authored by MSU students and faculty from ECE, CSE and the BEACON Center: Zhichao Lu, Ian Whalen, Vishnu Boddeti, Yashesh Dhebar, Kalyanmoy Deb, Erik Goodman and Wolfgang Banzhaf.
