How and Where to Get Help
The schedule for the helpdesk is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The supervising manager is located in 3322 EB. You are welcome to come by with any question during these open help hours. Sending email to email@example.com will almost always get you the quickest results.
During the hours that nobody is scheduled at the help desk, please try to be considerate and only knock on the door for critical issues that cannot be solved by email. All managers read email throughout the day (whether they are on duty or not), and will respond to your problems and questions.
