Graduate student election update and voting instructions

Dear Graduate Students,

There are three committees that you can vote for using the online system.

For the other three committees, you will cast a paper ballot.

Online voting is available for

· Representative to CSE department meetings
· CSE Advisory Committee
· CSE Graduate Studies and Research Committee.

Online voting for these positions will continue through Monday. Nominations for these committees are no longer being accepted. Please visit to vote for representatives to these committees.

Paper ballots will be available for

· CSE Computing Environment Committee
· Engineering Research and Graduate Studies Committee
· MSU College Hearing Board

Nominations for these committees will be accepted until 5pm today.

Paper ballot voting will begin 10 AM Monday, April 28 and run through 5 PM Thursday, May 1. Votes will be counted Friday, May 2.

Please go to the department office in room 3115 EB to vote. Find your name on the sign-in list and sign next to it in order to obtain a ballot. Please do not sign your ballot. When you are done voting, please place your ballot in the ballot box.
